The Boutiques will
have puppy education centre’s, where prospective
buyers can go along and speak to specialists about
the type of dog they are looking for. Questions
will be asked of type of lifestyle, living
accommodation, family etc., to ensure the buyer and
the puppy is matched correctly.
Puppy Days are also
planned for the new owners to learn how to handle
the puppy, basic grooming such as care of the ears,
nails, eyes and how to brush the breed in-between
visits to the grooming salons. Basic Diet and how to
spot signs of illness will also be covered.
Every puppy sold has
a health certificate, fully inoculated, registered
pedigree and more importantly a pet passport already
started. Why, well we believe if we can start them
on the right path, hopefully it will help educate
people to prepare for that unexpected return to the
home country and not have pets abandoned at the last
moment.
The puppy also goes
with a membership card, which gives the owner a 20%
discount on our services, boarding, travel,
grooming, and 10% discount at the boutiques.
And for us it gives
us a way to track the puppy and to communicate with
the owners. We will also help if for any reason the
owner finds themselves in a difficult position.
Where possible all
boutiques will have in -house Grooming Salons, where
only the highest of European grooming techniques
will be used by fully qualified beauticians
VIP PETS have three
boutiques based in Centro Plaza Nueva Andalucia,
Puerto Banus Port, The Resort, Alhuarin De La Torre.
The Resort – for the
boarding of cats and dogs is based 10 minutes from
Malaga Airport at Alhaurin De La Torre, check in for
the Resort is possible at the other two boutiques,
or a collection and delivery service is available.
All pets checking in
are weighed and health checked by the resident vet,
who monitors them daily.
The Resort has extra
large accommodation, under floor heating, climate
controlled suites with loads of luxury and webcam
for total peace of mind, should the client require
it.
We specialize in
sensitive dogs with special needs.
The cattery has been
designed, so that the cats feel safe and secure and
away from the dogs with their own separate entrance
and cattery maid to look after them.
Also at the Resort
is Southern Spain’s first Hydrotherapy and Post
Operative Unit.
It is also the home
of the OMEGAVILLE INTERNATIONAL SHOWTEAM, a
worldwide team of top winning dogs in Afghans,
Pomeranians, Papillons and Chinese Cresteds.

present a fashion show of exclusive canine wear and

The VIP Group of

Educational Courses for students of all ages and
